PARKING FACILITY RULES

  • Make sure your vehicle/equipment will fit in the rented space size, behind the Space number. If you bring and park move vehicles than fit in your space or park them in another non-rented space you are stealing a parking space.  
  • Park only in your designated spot, to avoid an improper parking fee, being impounded onsite with a $150 fee or towed offsite by posted tow company.
  • Do not block roadways or gate
  • Only one vehicle through the gate at a time
  • You must open the gate with your gate code or phone every time when entering and exiting
  • Do not open the gate for others or allow others to use your gate code
  • No onsite vehicle/equipment repair
  • No dumping trash, tires, etc.
  • Do not enter restricted areas
  • No sleeping or habitation on property
  • No illegal activities, smoking, weapons, drugs or alcohol allowed on the property
  • Speed Limit 5 MPH
  • You must report all accidents to Park It Here via email at ParkItHereGa@gmail.com, please call 911 as needed.
  • If you find someone parked in your space please call us (770) 787-8343 and we will assign you a temporary parking space until we get the issue resolved, do not find another space to park in as it may be someone else's rented space. You must call us. 

Violation of any of these rules will result in termination of your agreement 

LATE FEE SCHEDULE

  • On the 3rd day past your Due Date a $15 Late Fee will be applied to your account.
  • On the 5th day past your Due Date your gate code will be disabled denying you access to the parking facility.
  • On the 10th day past your Due Date a $30 Late Fee will be applied to your account.
  • On the 14th day past your Due Date a $150 Late/Impound Fee will be applied to your account and the impound process will then begin. Your equipment may be towed offsite by the posted tow company or you may be impounded onsite with a block. This will be decided by management which process takes place.  If impounded onsite a block will be placed blocking your equipment in and it will not be moved until the account is paid in full including the $150 Late/Impound Fee.  
  • Please note that late fees will apply per parking space, not per an account.
  • If your automatic payment fails you will be notified.  You MUST then log into your account to correct the information and make a payment to keep your account in good standing.  Once Late Fees are added to your account you MUST log into your account correct any payment information to pay the late fees to stop the late fee schedule from continuing.   
  • Monthly rent and late fees must be paid in full to keep your account in good standing.  
  • If you park in a space that is not rented by you, your equipment will be either towed offsite or impounded.  If impounded onsite a block will be placed blocking your equipment in and it will not be moved until the account until the $150 Late/Impound Fee has been paid.  


MISC FEES

  • Rule Violation Fee $25 - $200 - This fee will be charged for violation of any of the parking lot rules.  The Fee will be based on the severity of the violation and charged per day until rectified. 
  • Improper Parking Fee $100 - This fee will be charged if you park in a space that is not your assigned space or if you park over the line of your assigned space.  This fee will be charged per 24 hour period. If we are unable to contact you your vehicle may be impounded on site incurring a $150 fee or towed off site by the posted tow company and you will pay them accordingly.  If blocked in onsite the $150 fee must be paid before the block will be moved. 
  • Towing/Impound Fee - This fee will be charged by the towing company if towing or moving of your vehicle/equipment is necessary due to parking improperly or delinquent accounts.  If impoundment is required, you will pay the towing company directly.  If we use a towing company to block in or move your improperly parked vehicle to park correctly or to another space the fees will be added to your account and automatically charged to your card on file. 
  • If you are parked in a space that is not assigned to you, be prepared to rent the space that you are occupying.  

HOW TO CANCEL/MOVE OUT

To Cancel Your Parking Space You Must Do One of the Following:
  • Call us during business hours at (770) 787 - 8343 to request a Move Out
  • Text us at (770) 874 - 1143 to request a Move Out
  • Log into your account and schedule a Move Out
Please note a move out MUST be made at least TEN (10) days prior to your next payment Due Date.  (this is required so that we can process your move out before your card is automatically charged for your next months rent)

If you schedule a move out less than 10 days prior to your next payment Due Date, you may be charged a late cancel fee and a daily parking rate or you may be charged for the full months rent.

If you decide to discontinue use of your Space at any point during the month, you will not be reimbursed for the remaining days of the Agreement.  

Once your move out is finalized and your Space is inspected we will issue your deposit refund accordingly depending on the condition of your Space and any funds necessary to cover a late cancel fee or daily parking rate.  Please note if you leave with any debt on your account it will be deducted from your refund.  Also if there is any damage to the property it will be taken from your deposit. 

Your Deposit Will Not Be Returned If:
-You owe fees
-You caused damage that is not paid for
-You did not schedule a proper move out
- You did not follow the facility rules
